They are super comfortable. I also wear them as an overnight pad when I have my period. I am really confident that these pads keep me protected. It's not noisy if you are trying to be discreet. They feel very durable unlike other flat,thin cheap feeling pads. The curved shape makes these less noticeable through clothing. Especially if tou are wearing tight bottoms.

I am someone who experiences an extremely heavy flow and while using these pads I felt extremely protected nothing leaked thru to my pants or pajamas at night for me that is quite an achievement! I am only 41 so I admit I was hesitant to admit that I even needed protection from bladder leaks. But what a difference these have made for me. No more embarrassing cleanups or extra laundry. I have used Poise Pads (6 Ultimate Regular) for a while now. I’m disappointed in the length and the feel. I remember when regular meant they weren’t a foot long. I would like a shorter pad. But, unfortunately you do not make them any for my need. Wish you hadn’t changed the length. Also, they are very stiff. Please go back to shorter and softer.
