It’s thick but not noticeable in clothes. The pad seems to stick to cotton underwear pretty well with little to no budging. The wrapper is quiet when changing. You don’t have to worry about sneezing when supplied with these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise 6 drop ultimate absorbency pads are a life saver. There is no bunching in the middle of the pad, keeping the moisture away from my skin. I love the design, wide in front and rear, yet narrow in the middle. They work perfectly under clothes and no odor for up to 6 hour( sometimes I forget to change it every 4). They are great for traveling, and even though they get smashed, they pop back up fluffy! I highly recommend to anyone with bladder issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are huge. They remind me of the large pads they give you in the hospital after you have a baby. The wrapped pad was as big as my hand. You have to position it just right to not bunch and feel very uncomfortable. This is not the night time option. Apparently it is more absorbent. It is made to be very absorbent though. They describe it on the package as "for the ultimate gusher." This is for someone with severe leakage.

Very comfortable as well as great absorbency, I usually wear these at night because of how long they are... I definitely recommend!!
