I enjoy the fresh scent and fit of these pads. They are not too thick and fit comfortably for long periods of time. I wish they had wings to stay in place as an added protection.

They provide good protection without feeling bulky, and the absorbency is just right for moderate needs. I like that they’re comfortable and stay in place throughout the day. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that sometimes they can shift slightly during more active moments, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The poise bars are very comfterable to wear all day and hold their shape. They are not bulky and form to your body to ensure no accidents. They do not have a scent which I really like and they do not hold odor after wearing for hours. I feel secure and comfterable wearing them and do not have to use special underwear or worry about it showing through my pants. They do not make any sounds or noises.

Now I can't make any sudden movements, jump, run, or even just sneeze or cough because little drops of urine come out. I'm embarrassed, and sometimes when I cough, I leak even more urine. I always have to use pads for the winter months, even when I'm not on my period, since it's common for me to get a cough or the flu at some point. I hate this. Sometimes pads weren't enough to contain the urine. It's very uncomfortable to go out knowing that at any moment I could end up with wet pants. But these pads are comfortable, they work very well, they adhere quite well, they don't make noise like others I've used, and they keep the urine in place without wetting my underwear. I feel confident using them. Obviously, I'd like to eliminate the problem completely, but for now, this is the best solution. I always carry them with me to avoid any leaks
