So for me that's why these are my go to for bladder leaks. This is a thicker longer pad and I like that.

The only ones that prevent the leak and protects your clothes is this particular type of poise pads which has wings to hold it in place. Highly recommended to use that. I have used for over 20 years

The absorption is 10/10 and no leaks when changing. It is a bit bulky but afters about 10 mins u forget it's there. Overall great product.
