Thick enough to know you have confidence to be out if a small leak happens. The product will be thick enough and strong enough to withstand some minor bladder leakage.

I really like that they say front and have an arrow pointing to the correct side because sometimes it's confusing on what side is front or the back. These pads are six drops so they hold a lot and also have odor control. Not irritating and keeps me dry. Pantyliners just don’t cut it when you need that kind of absorption. Even though I’m reluctant to admit I’m in the age group that needs Poise, I’m glad this product exists. It keeps me dry and odor-free. I wish it was thinner, but it feels like wearing a maxi pad designed for heavy days.
