This machine comes in 2 boxes which were very well packaged. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble. This machine is better than the old Nordic flex Ultra lift. I bought that machine years ago, and then moved and did not have room for it. However, now I have room and ordered this machine. I love how quiet, and smooth it is. I also love the moving bar for chest press, and also the back of the seat too. Great upgrades from the Ultra Lift. Great machine. I will keep for a very long time.

This machine is pretty great. Since it uses your bodyweight instead of weight plates, it is much lighter than traditional type machines. It is also much quieter. Incredible amount of parts to assemble but everything was packed really well and the assembly instructions are pretty good. There are quite a few exercises that can be done on the machine but unfortunately there is no exercise guide that comes with the machine that tells what they are. The Centr website does have 5 workout videos each 35 minutes long that show many of the abilities but still doesn't cover all the exercises that the machine is capable of.

Watching the video step by step instructions on how to assemble was so helpful. Very accurate information. High quality material. We can wait to use it. Everything glides so smoothly and it’s so quiet.

My husband and I have now had this a few month's. I was very skeptical about a body weight machine but this gives me everything I need. I get a total body workout and with no loud clanking weights. I can work my entire body and it's so easy to go from one exercise to the next.

The features on this unit are amazing, the seat and backrest pads are comfortable. The upgraded straps to this unit are an excellent edition to this unit.

Decent piece of equipment for the home gym. The actual weight is definitely not accurate so hard to predict exactly how much you're lifting. Overall, it is good for someone with limited space who wants a full body workout.
