I really have to say I truly love the smartbase that came with this mattress it is so lightweight that I by myself was able to unpack it, put it together and take it upstairs all by myself, and this was the king size! The smart bass has these clips that click when the legs lock out and in order to get them to go back down you have to press the button on it so you know it's locked when you're using it. I have had bases similar to this before that were so heavy, and even though the king comes in two pieces, I had to have help moving it. It also breaks down and stores super flat which is so nice if you have to move furniture to paint or you have to move. It does not take up a lot of room stored. I was surprised at how small the box was that it came in when I put it together. The height of the base is 14 inches. The green tea mattress I have to say did not have a lot of offgassing like some of the other mattresses that are similar that I have purchased before from other brands. It comes with directions that tell you it needs to be opened as soon as you get it and let it rest for about 72 hours which I did, it did have a slight odor but that's to be expected for anything that's been wrapped in plastic and that is a memory foam mattress but it was definitely not bad. I could be in the room with it and be in the house without it bothering me. The smell that it did have disputed so fast I was actually really impressed with that. After getting everything set up and sleeping on it for about two weeks I noticed that my back did not hurt as much as it normally does. The mattress is probably more of a medium stiffness not overly soft and not as hard as a medium firm mattress like my previous one was. it does hug you a little bit when you are sleeping so you don't feel a lot of movement from anybody else it's in the bed. The one thing though I did notice that after having it set up for a long time and sleeping on it is that the 12 inch mattress actually measures out to be more of around 11 inches good thing to know for purchasing sheets so you do have a little bit more options in sheets than a normal 12 inch mattress.

This memory foam mattress is relatively firm but still has give to your body weight. I thought it wasn't firm enough but my wife thought it wasn't soft enough. We were afraid that it was going to smell of green tea. There isn't a noticeable smell. When sleeping with a partner you don't notice their movements as much as I traditionally have on a spring mattress. Not sure if it passes the "wine glass test" though. The mattress does not get hot at night although it is not cold either. Was this the best nights sleep that I ever had on a mattress? No. Was I comfortable? Yes. If I were at a hotel I'd be fine with a mattress like this. I'm just not sure if its right for me every night. I would recommend this mattress to most people unless you are particularly picky on how your mattress feels and sleeps on. Mattress comes boxed rolled up and is recommended to open within 72 hours. It takes just over a day for it to fully expand to full size.

Heated over night but an over fill matress pads help, it's really good no more back pain, in the morning more energy to just wake up in go to work I used to sit down for the back pain relax stretch now get up in go.. I recommend this matress it's really good and a good price too.

This mattress is not even on all sides, I get 9" on one side, 10" on another, almost 11' on another, but never 12" which was advertised. It makes you feel like you're going to fall out of bed. I normally sleep on the left side of the bed, but since getting this mattress, I have to try and stay in the middle, so I don't roll off. I spoke to customer service, they gave me a percentage off, but this bed is not worth it. I wish I would've just asked for my money back, I'm very unhappy with this mattress!!! Thank you Adam for your help, but this mattress is horrible, in my opinion. I would not recommend it to anyone☹☹‼️

This bed is very firm, unfortunately it doesn’t give the firmness in any of the descriptions. We don’t mind a firm bed but this was much firmer than we could handle. We ended up having to add a mattress topper to be able to sleep on it. To be fair, this bed is great - a great price for what it is - and maybe it would be softer after extended use or in a different climate (we live in cold Wyoming). We did appreciate that it does not sleep hot and that you do not disturb your partner with movement. If it was softer, I would rate it 5 stars.

I love this mattress. I needed something that would ship quick, be comfortable and be easy enough for a single person to unpack and set-up. The instructions said it required two people, but since I purchased the queen size, it was manageable with one person. It's really comfortable too. I was pleasantly surprised and so glad I went with this mattress.

The bed comes nicely packaged in a vacuum sealed bag and is not terribly heavy. If you are strong enough you probably could move this by yourself, if not, I would recommend having two people to move this (Depending on the size of the bed you ordered). Once you open the bed and let it expand you definitely will want to have two people move it. Things to note: -Bed takes 24 hours to fully expand after removing from packaging -There is an odor when opening, I'd recommend a well ventilated place to let this air out. (The odor is not near as strong as some of the memory foam products I have worked with.) -Depending on what size bed you get you will need enough space to let it expand properly Pros: -Cost -Fire protective cover -Comfy (Not too soft and not too hard) -Forms to the body quite well supporting all areas -No box spring needed -Good warranty Cons: -Cleaning it can be a hassle -Smell can take a while to air out -Holds heat to the body (I am a hot sleeper and do not like) Overall, this bed is really comfy and I have enjoyed sleeping on it. Like I said before, not too soft and not too hard. I dislike that it holds heat the way it does. I am a hot sleeper and start sweating at night when this happens. This will lead to the cleaning hassle I mentioned above. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for a new bed for an amazing price point.

By far the greatest bed, I am a stomach sleeper and this supports my back and completely relaxes my body. I lay down and within minutes I am completely asleep and sleep all the way thru the night. Even my husband, who is a light sleeper, sleeps great all thru the night. Definitely recommend. The cooling effect is great as well

Zinus Night Therapy Green Tea Zest 12" Memory Foam Mattress arrives in a large box ready to use. The box is a little awkward to handle without someone to help, but certainly not more than a regular mattress. The mattress is tightly rolled in a clear wrap, so be very careful when opening the box with scissors or a knife. Upon unwrapping, the mattress begins to expand pretty quickly. Within a few days, it is completely expanded (although I would follow the 72 hour rule before actually using). I did not have any real issues with odor, but we left in a well ventilated area until ready to use. My son loves his new mattress. We have all taken turns testing it out, and it is quite firm with just the right softness. We have already ordered another for another bed in our home. For the price and delivered to your door, this is a win-win!

bought this for 15 year old son along with a platform steel bed from sam's. Mattress came rolled up in a rectangular box which freaked us out a bit because we had never seen this done before. Plus, when we opened the box and unrolled the mattress, it was about 3 inches high. A note included said to let it rest 24-48 hours to allow it to grow to full size...It did just that. :) My son says the mattress is very comfortable.
