The auto-adjusting resistance adds a layer of realism that keeps you from just phoning it in, which is both helpful and annoying, depending on how much coffee I've had. Very happy with this rower. It feels sturdy and well-made. It works smoothly and I appreciate how easy it is to change the length of the foot rests since both my husband and I have been using it. I also appreciate how little space it takes up since we have it in a room that doubles as my husbands office.
