So far I had the power washer for approximately two weeks. It works great! I did all around the house and it made it look like new. One day we were Bar-B-Qing and some grease got on my porch. The best day I pulled out the power washer and it came off. It’s easy to set up and use, even on small jobs.

I originally bought a less powerful model from another manufacturer. I wasn't pleased and set out to get a better power washer for my home. I checked many models, features, and cost. The Simpson PS4240 is the bomb -- by far the best product and cost. Has the power to do any job and the durability to last a long time.

Purchased the pressure washer with an additional (2) 100’ lines and the pressure regulator. Super simple to put together and use. Definitely awesome to have the pressure regulator when you have this much pressure. Allows for peace of mind when washing company vehicles. The pressure washer is a beast and is surprisingly fairly quiet compared to other pressure washers. Can’t wait to see what else it can handle!

I purchased this machine a month ago, and have been using it almost every day with no problems. This machine has real power perfect for commercial application. My only complaint would be it is hard to start at times. Would recommend electric start for this beast. Other wise "GREAT PRESSURE WASHER. You guys are the best....

Fantastic pressure washer, only problem is that the needle/seat doesn't seal so it drains the tank into the cylinder and I had to remove the plug and pull the rope to get all the gas out then from that point on I have to close the fuel shut-off valve every time I stop the engine.

Bought this pressure washer a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Did quite a bit of research and this guy was the most bang for my buck. Definitely potent for a homeowner, but gets the job done quickly. Honda engine started on first pull and pump seems to be of good quality as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Brace yourself before you pull the trigger, this baby will knock you on your butt. I am able to rinse 3 story gables from the ground with just the 30” extension. My 12’ extension wand and the soap nozzle applies the solution to that height. I added a 5000 psi gauge and, sure enough, I get 4400 psi with the Simpson motor using a 100’ hose. The pull cord location is a little awkward. The entire unit wants to turn as you pull. I put my foot on the wheel to hold it still but watch that you don’t damage the valve stem like I did. I wish it had an optional battery starter, I’m in good shape and I have to pull real hard for a one-pull start. When shutting it off, bring the wand back to the machine with you because you need to pull the trigger to release pressure if it doesn’t start on the first pull. The unit is well balanced and easy to roll up a ramp into my van. This unit paid for itself with one job. Of corse it was a big place...

I have had this pressure washer for about 3 weeks now and put it to work right out of the box and all I can say is wow, it performs above my expectations. It starts good usually 1 pull and I truthfully can not come up with any complaints as of yet. The pressure is great, I use it with a sand blast attachment and again no complaints. I recommend this pressure washer!!!

After a long and arduous delivery debacle, the unit arrived with cosmetic damages to the gas tank, I followed the initial fluid and start up procedures, by the book. The unit worked great for a while. I initially changed the pump and engine oil at 40- 50 hours, checked that the spark plug and air filter were in good condition. The unit worked relatively well after that....for the time that it did work. I used it for about 80 hours total and, while washing a livestock trailer, the AAA pump started grinding and releasing pump oil out of the water discharge and the motor would not stay running. This after it sat unused and idle for a couple of months. I performed the long term storage and winterization procedures to the letter and the unit worked well the first couple of times I used it. It was good at first and then it seemed to just fall apart....

This is an extremely powerful machine made with quality parts. Well designed and sturdy. The only complaint I have is the holder for the hose and wand, although somewhat standard, seems ineffective as each can come off the machine while moving. A simple retaining mechanism for both the wand and hose holder would be welcome. Appreciate the Made in USA!
