I am having to get warranty work done for the second time in just over a year losing over two months of operation and time/money taking to service center that is close to an hour away. My friend purchased the same unit around the same time (April 2025) and has had his fixed once already for the same exact reason.

I got this for my side hustle and it’s amazing. I had a 2600 psi 2.5 gpm pressure washer and it was nowhere enough. This is plenty. It’s so much more reliable. Makes cleaning concrete and siding so easy. Couldn’t love it more! Simpson did a great job making sure the customer had everything they needed.

Bought this last month. Good power. Big tires make it easy to maneuver. Had a flat after 1st use. Company sent one out pronto. Wish the pump could run without having to shoot the gun every 2 min. That’s a hassle

Solid machine! Easy setup and operation. All fittings are really solid and well built. The hose is much larger than my previous washer. Fuel tank is really large.

I've used my machine 3 times now in the last month. Very satisfied. Very easy to put together. Starts on the first pull. I just ordered all the attachments. Overall pleased with machine from price to function.

Only bad thing I can say is the hose really needs a high pressure swivel...super nice machine but to call it in on the hose really takes away from the machine as a unit.

I bought the Simpson 4200 psi washer about a month ago. This machine has all the power you could ever want. Engine runs nice and smooth, and this thing cleans like no other.

Good product. Cleans very well. Very loud, heavy. Sometimes challenging to start, or restart after shutdown. Clear warning in the manual about the starter cord being dangerous which is correct.

This pressure washer is a beast! It does everything that I hoped it would! I have a small cleaning business, and use it mainly for down streaming my sh mix for soft washing houses. It does an excellent job! I am very pleased with this machine!

Purchase this pressure washer after going through a couple different brands. This one has held up very well compared to the other ones and pressure remains consistent.
