I’ve only used once. Everything worked as expected. The only reason I gave it. A four star is because I wish it started with a little more ease, and the first time. I started it and stopped it a few times most times I had to pull a few times.

Tons of power. No disappointment there. The unloader valve has failed at about 15 hours. I would also give it a low score for ease of use. The tube frame/cart is very awkward. Parts are hard to find.

I have only used it a couple times. It starts in first pull and has way more power than any pressure washer I’ve ever had. You can really feel the kick when you squeeze the trigger. Everything seems well made and I look forward to years of use.

I just bought this pressure washer and was cleaning my first house with it and I turn around and a valve on the pump is pouring water and won’t stop, and no it isn’t the thermal relief valve.

I love the holder for the wand and hose. The engine started up easily and is powerful. Overall a nice package. Only used a few times so can't say about durability. Very easy to roll around. Good value.

Only bad thing I can say is the hose really needs a high pressure swivel...super nice machine but to call it in on the hose really takes away from the machine as a unit.

Bought this for my second crew in my Pressure washing business and it runs great. More powerful than I needed with great flow. Would definitely buy again

Bought this power washer a few weeks ago to start a trash can cleaning service and it works awesome for that! The multiple spray nozzles are amazing to have the variety to get multiple different jobs done!

I have been using this power washer for over a month now and it has been an excellent addition to my equipment. Performs as expected. To prevent back pressure on the pump, pull the trigger while starting the engine.

Bought this unit on mother's day. Had a 3600psi excell with the 13hp Honda engine,l used that unit for 19 years. Used it commercially and it finally gave out. So far this unit is working great.
