My go-to sausage when cooking (gumbo and jambalaya) as well as on the grill

Have used just about every brand out there. So glad I found Rabideauxs.

This is a very tasty sausage. Great on pit in gumbo or jambalaya. Adds good smoked flavor to beans also.
