Simplisafe is the BEST security system. I have had Simplisafe in for 10 years. I moved. I started having neighbor problems. I dont know why, but I called ADT. The ADT installer robbed me, and he drilled through my new vinyl window frames!!! I was the same method of installation as SimpliSafe except that Simplisafe is easier to install. The call center is more responsive and very quick to respond. Right now, I have three systems in place. They are Simplisafe, ADT and Ring. Simplisafe is the BEST. Ring is ok. And skip ADT.

I'm so happy with this alarm system. I don't have it monitored as my previous system was monitored and turned into a false alarm nightmare. Cove was a huge pain in so many ways, but Simpli was super easy to set up and works great.

We upgraded from a 1st generation to the new generation. Installation was relatively simple but it’s unfortunate that none of the accessories from the previous generation were compatible with the new generation and required purchasing them again and separately. Total installation process took about an hour which included removing old sensors. Images on the camera are very good. Having experience with the previous generation made usage easier.

I purchased this system years ago when i moved into my new home. I live in a more secluded area so a security system was another measure of comfort for me. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I have accidentally put the alarm in away mode a couple of times and left my dog to wander in the house. A SimplySafe operator has called me each time my alarm triggers at the same time I receive a text on my phone. They are also able to identify if a window or door has been accessed and dispatch a deputy when I do not respond in a timely manner. I appreciate this service today and every day. Also, if you do not receive the equipment you need in the package SimplySafe always runs "specials" or discounts on the Website for other pieces to support your needs.
