100% frozen water. If you expect more or less you will be disappointed. You get exactly what you pay for. Ice. That’s all. Just ice.

This ice used to be good before pandemic, now is trash. The bags just opened by the sides, the clip at the top always get loose and the ice…. Always crushed. More expensive and less quality, and less product (16lbs)

Good quality in general but I would like to see Sam's sub their ice out to someone that could produce good quality ice at a better price point maybe making a Members Mark brand that supplies all the Sam's in the DFW area.

It’s ice. Frozen water. It’s exactly as described. I was so surprised they asked for a review of ice I had to write one. It’s cold. Below freezing cold. What else can you write in a review of ice?

This brand of ice is very good. I am just disappointed that the amount has decreased (from 20lbs to 16lbs) AND the price per bag has increased...a lot.

Perfect amount of ice to use on our HOT Texas shopping days. We shop a few different stores and need everything to stay nice and cold. One bag does the trick!

I buy this ice frequently. The price is extremely reasonable for the amount you get. And, its convenient to pick up while I'm at Sam's Club shopping anyway.

It wasn't long ago that I was paying the same for a 20lb bag. It gets stars simply because it was there at the aftermath of a hurricane. At least it was for one day. I'm grateful for that. It was smart to limit purchases.

ice had melted and refrozen. Happens often. Very low stock. Happens often. Many times have had to go to rear of store and get ice from freezers because it has not been put out up front.
