ice had melted and refrozen. Happens often. Very low stock. Happens often. Many times have had to go to rear of store and get ice from freezers because it has not been put out up front.

I never got bag of ice as the few ice bags were frozen solid in cooler and Sams exit employee scanned my phone and told me I need to wait in customer service line to get refund after telling her I don’t have time ax was on work lunch and she too bad! What terrible customer service!

Many shoppers see the meat counters and would like to purchase but did not bring a cooler with them. Having a display of inexpensive large Styrofoam coolers at the meat dept. and beside the ice freezer would not only increase sales in the meat dept. but also your ice bags and the sales of the coolers.

Love your ice. It’s been kept frozen and breaks apart easily. Your bags are super tough. Bags don’t tear or get holes especially when you break up the ice. Most of all shape of your ice is much longer lasting than that at grocers, convenient stores, and…

The ice was made of water and well frozen. The bag was full although I didn’t weigh it to be certain it was exactly 16 lbs. It tasted good and did its job of cooling down my drinks. I can fully recommend the ice at Sam’s, you will probably love it like I did.
