Starts out really cold but then turns to room temperature water!! Everything then becomes wet and soggy instead of cold and refreshing.

The only complaint is that the freezer is located beyond the cash registers. Thank goodness for scan and go.

Ice was frozen water as expected. And this ice had an excellent endothermic reaction with my fermented beverages, producing a cool crispy taste.

I like the large size. I had surgery and need lots of ice for my ice machine and buying lots of small bags was costly and inconvenient.

Great value and it doesn't melt fast. I buy 3 bags and use it to transport product and a hour and a half later rebag it and use ot 2 more times

For whatever reason the ice didn’t last very long, it melted, too quickly in my cooler which rarely happens

The staff took over 20 minutes to bring out the product. I decided to go in and pick it up. Defeated the purpose of curb side pick up.

Never thought of buying ice at Sam’s but I will from now on. They have the best price going and twice the ice.

The bag of ice was just ok. It kinda melted once removed from the freezer and placed into my cooler to cool drinks. Ok but could be icier

It takes them so long from the time they get it out of the truck into the storage box. It's melted enough. It becomes one block device.
