I took the straps off and lifted the top and the outside carton off everything looked great. Yesterday I had my contractor for a couple of hours so we were going to install. When we took the botton tray off Glen (my carpenter) noticed a little ding ob the face of the bottom. I purchased an 7 piece set about a month ago, and needed 1 additional cabinet. I researched garage systems for quite while before I decided on New Age. After cleaning out the space and removing the old built in work bench, set up this system and was blown away with the quality and how much more storage I gained. Cabinet quality is great. I mounted mine to the wall with lag bolts. There are a few scratches that need touch up but I am also OCD. Only 1 door needed a little adjustment. I used a small washer and it worked great.
