The carton it arrived in had no visible signs of damage. As I unpacked the cabinet, none of the packing material was damaged in any way - e.g. corner cardboard materials all looked good. But as you can see, it was crumpled in the corner shown. Had to take a hammer and piece of wood and wail away on it to get it to look semi-decent and be able to fit snug against cabinet next to it. This is the second time a delivered product was damaged even thought the shipping material was not. So it obviously left the factory damaged. Poor quality control.

Really happy with them. Installation was easy. I had ordered them months in advance to be delivered the week I moved into a new place, and everything went smoothly. It's packaged extremely well, though it did cost me two trips to the town dump to get rid of all the cardboard and packing material.

Overall I like the look and quality of the product. If I could have seen the product first I may have gone with the heavier duty series. This one is boarding on flimsy but the shelves hold weight well. Would have liked the doors to be a little heavier metal. The welded cabinets are a plus and much better than something you would have to put together yourself.

I bought this system for my new garage. It was shipped to me within a week! The crates arrived with no damage and the cabinets were in perfect condition. They are cleverly nested and fully assembled (except for feet and casters) final assembly took a few minutes and basic tools. Great product at a great price.

The product is great. It assembles easy and I had no problem installing it in the garage. Only problem was shipping, it was damaged during shipment. And a replacement door had to be shipped out. I have ordered twice from New Age and both times damaged product during shipment. Maybe my next order will arrive in pristine condition.

A complete solution to storage for a garage. Easy installation, fast shipping, everything needed was included, and better than expected quality. We ordered the cabinets on a Tuesday and they were delivered three days later on a Friday. My wife installed them easily in about 4 hours. The only thing that was an issue was the styrofoam packing. We are still finding little annoying pieces of styrofoam everywhere.

I purchased 4 of the 30” lockers. They arrived in perfect condition. They look nice and are very functional. Put the feet on and they are ready to go. The 24 ga was ok for my intended use. I’m certain the pro series would be fabulous. So happy with my purchase I ordered 3 more the following week. 1 more 30” locker and 2 of the base cabinets. Can’t wait till they get here to finish the project. Good job newage!!

I really like these but it’s taking my handy man a while to get them installed. The instructions could be so much better nd the light strips....good luck figuring it out if you haven’t done it before. Wish there was a list of US qualified installers. As is the labor to put them together may exceed what I spent on cabinets.

I bought 6 of these and I really like them. 24 gauge is not that solid however it allows one person to unpack and install it easily. Packaging is good too. My biggest problem with these lockers is those oversized warning stickers attached with some nasty superglue. It took me longer to take those off than to install a locker.

Okay so I bought a 9 piece set of Bold 3.0 cabinets and I am really happy with them, no complaints. But I decided I needed 1 more locked for storage and for the most part it is as good as the full set. The issue is with the full set the lockers and foot holders and bolts were all fully threaded and you simply screwed the foot holders on. With the otherwise identical extra cabinet the foot holders use Machined screws to attach the foot holders which are not as good as the pre threaded one on the other lockers. These were a huge wrist buster pain in the neck to attach and do not seem to be of equal quality to the full set. I made it work but I was not happy that I had to.
