I found that I really did not need much of the product for it to be effective (I also have a chin length bob). My hair was soft and fell nicely, meaning no flyaways/static as well as laying nicely in its layers. I would use this conditioner again, with or without the matching shampoo.

I have thick curly hair that will easily frizz and turn into a static mess but this conditioner helped define my curls and bring life back to my hair!

From the first day I started using this conditioner with the shampoo, I found myself sliding a hand through my hair just marveling at the soft texture. I have long, thick, wavy hair and it can feel very dry, even with moisturizing shampoos, conditioners, and oils. My hair just sucks it all up! I also have a very dry scalp and while this didn't resolve that issue (I'll still use another shampoo to combat that), it didn't make it worse, either, which is really saying something. Absolutely no heavy residue from this conditioner, my hair is as fluffy and fancy free as ever! I can see myself using this in conjunction with the shampoo that keeps my itchy scalp at bay. I don't know how this preforms on coloured hair, because mine is (currently) natural colour.

I tend to use conditioner sparingly as I find that it weighs down my hair a bit and tends to cause a little bit of ‘greasiness'. This is a nice moisturizing conditioner but I felt it didn't work as effectively on my fine thin hair for the reasons above.

As with the shampoo, I found that I could not use the conditioner as often as the bottle recommended, as it made my hair quite greasy. Once I reduced usage to once every 3-4 days results improved dramatically.

Since i have been using this new formula my hair has been shiny, bouncing and healthier than ever before! I will be using new conditioner as part of my new routine!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) *** I received this product for free from the Product Review Club *** I do not often use conditioner, but I really liked this one, like the shampoo I got in the same box: it feels "clean", makes my hair silky and shiny, and does everything I expect from a conditioner! And again, like I said in my shampoo post, for my part, I had no residue in my hair. It is affordable, so I certainly recommend it to anyone, and I would buy it for myself for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dove has really been amazing for my hair. I am a naturally DARK brunette that has changed to blonde for the past 4 years now. That much color change can really ruin your hair. But since using Dove I am not worried about my hair drying out or becoming frizzy and unmanageable. My hair is soft and shiny. Even my hairdresser LOVES how my hair feels and cannot believe what great condition my hair stays in just by using Dove products.

I tried the Dove conditioner because my Husband said he loved it and when i felt his hair, it felt so soft and light. I was pretty surprised and very happy when my hair came out with the same softness and felt so lightweight !
