I should note that after moving up the chain of supervisors, a credit for our trouble was made to our credit card. I would have gladly paid the agreed to price rather than sleep on the floor.

I slept on this mattress one night and the following morning there's a substantial dip. I woke up with my hips and back hurting a lot. I wouldn't recommend this mattress at all.

We purchased a king DreamCloud and couldn't be happier. Super comfortable, much better than the Serta we had. Fast shipping, great price, no issues what so ever.

Worth every penny!! Firm and keeps me comfortably in line but also very soft. Feels great to the touch and keeps cool. Also looks very high-end but the price was perfect.

Have only been sleeping on it a few weeks. I noticed I am not getting up much during the night like I used to! My husband also says he can't feel me move around either. So far so good!
