Love the quality. Love the good night's sleep. Directions on the outside of the mail bag would have been helpful because the inside bag had handles making it easier to move the heavy mattress into the bedroom.

Mattress is super comfortable but it did not expand to 15 inches. It stopped at 13 inches. Shipping was a nightmare and took OVER two weeks to arrive. Mattress meets expectations but those things are very disappointing considering the price you pay

Seven back surgeries and 10 mattresses and this is my best and final mattress. That includes a sleep number bed. This carries at least as much weight as a Consumer Report recommendation.

Even after a month, the mattress never softened. From day one: It's way too firm. I compare the mattress to a blanket over plywood. My back has hurt for weeks. I hate it !!!

This mattress is very uncomfortable, after only a short time of use the sides have broken down and there is already a sinking in the center of the mattress. I would not recommend this mattress.

It cane on time perfect condition,, I have severe back issues so I need a firm , I’m not 100% sure if I choose the rite 1,, but I did buy t most firm it’s a little to hard , not sure if I should get another 1 less firm , very pleased !!

Love our bed! No longer do we dread going to bed.....we have a cloud to climb onto. Very supportive and very soft. We wake up refreshed without back pain. Thank you dreamcloud!

So far, I am really enjoying the bed. It's worked great with my back, and has just the right firmness as a compromise for my husband and I. The hybrid is a great way for us to get the best of both worlds.
