I've had this mattress for almost 2 years and its starting to sag in the center which makes it almost impossible to sleep in any position. My back has been sore for a month now i wish i could return this hunk of junk... don't waste your money here

Could be bout 10-20% softer than it is. When I first climb in I can feel the softness and how it conforms around me. But when I lay down it seems firmer/stiffer, then it's not as comfortable as I expect it to be.

I had lower back pain everday before Dreamcloud. Since purchasing this mattress I have not had one day of back pain and I'm not exhausted in the morning anymore. It's truly amazing! It's the perfect combination of soft and firm. Best purchase ever!

Amazing comfort mattress! Just remember for those that have lots of steps to go up to house or your bedroom. I recommend taking the mattress out of the box to haul up to house. The mattress weigh nearly 150 pounds. :)

It's slightly funny I got a offer to review the product I haven't even gotten yet. Ordered back in March, still haven't recieved it, no matter how often they say that it's on its way. So maybe in 2 more months I'll be able to review the bed.

After the first night on the dreamcloud I felt like a new person. I was refreshed, didn't toss and tune all night and my back pain decreased significantly. After three nights my back pain is completely gone. I couldn't be happier

The bed itself has been amazing and genuine comfort. I was shocked to see it's packaging and how it expanded. Looking forward to more well rested nights!

We bought our mattress without ever trying one and we’re a little hesitant. I adjusted right away and love it. My husband needed a little more time to adjust but now he says it’s his best sleep! Highly recommend!

Although impressed with the quality of the mattress and quick delivery I find it too firm for me and uncomfortable after a few hours. Unfortunately I am hoping I can get a refund.
