Ordered over 8 weeks ago. Several deliveries promised, but none honored. I'm done waiting! I paid, but no product.

Matress is comfortable for sure. Have had it unpacked for a week now and it still has a noticeable plastic smell. This doesn't seem right, does it?

This will be my first night on the DreamCloud but the process so far has been a breeze!! So ready for a good night's rest!!

Mattress is not bad. Quality appears to be good. Luxury firm is a good description. Adjustable base is good. Micky from customer service was great!

So disappointed. I expected a Firm mattress and it’s the softest mattress ever. The corners are already dropping and the bed literally smells musty.

I am not a person that likes to remain and linger in bed...but my Dreamcloud has me looking towards the end of the day, and a wonderful night sleep.

Very nice quality set. Very soft to the touch and cool. I plan on ordering more sets to have in hand.

I’ve had the bed for a little over a week and it still smells, I know you advertise littler to no smell but it’s pretty strong!!
