Absolutely in love with these… You can go on you tube and look at the step2 assembly tips for making it self watering with wicking string… And also where to drill a couple holes. I am so excited about these. They are going to be amazing.

I agree with other reviews that there are no instructions on how to set up the self watering feature. It is very confusing. It’s not straight forward. A simple guide would be wonderful addition or add more information on the description

Beware if you’re not 100% sure about these tall plant planters, because you’re stuck with them! Rather they are Damaged, have missing parts no refund or return. I just received these last week! The plugs are missing on the gray ones! So, I was going to return, exchange or get a refund! I was told by AI assistant they were not eligible for return replacement or refund no matter what was wrong with them. Nowhere, that I could find online did it said they were not eligible for refund or return? Is this SC new return policy? I’m gonna try to take him to the club and get a second opinion is this is not right!

Beautiful garden addition. Needed a large barrier pot to keep dog from corner of fence and this works perfectly. Drilled holes, added rock below dirt for stability. Folks saying there are no directions…flip the pot over and see it's made by Step 2, the same company that makes kids toys. Go to their website under pool %26 patio and you'll find the self-watering directions.
