If you're trying to manage your carb intake, these are an acceptable substitute for traditional flour tortillas. You can immediately tell there is a difference, but it isn't exactly unpleasant. We almost always warm up our tortillas on an electric griddle with a little butter, and this helps offset the variation in flavor and texture.
