Bought it to pull my F150 out of mud. Wasn't very deep, but no traction. After assembly, hooked it up to the truck and a car battery. Pretty quick return. Once it hits you think it has stopped, but it will slowly pull you out. I would give it breaks after 30-60 seconds. If not I think it would burn up.

I bought this winch to replace my top brand name winch that the motor burnt up while using it to lift my atv snow blade. This champion winch mounted easily and works great and has all the features of the old winch at a affordable price. I would highly recommend this winch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed. It took me two and a half hours and was relatively easy. I had to purchase a different adapter plate than what was provided to fit my ATV. Also, there was probably a better order to install the front rollers mounting plate to winch and mounting plate to atv. There was barely enough room to tighten things down. Also the hardware is metric, and there wasn't enough room for my sockets to fit. I had to use an adjustable wrench and find the closest box end wrench in standard. There was plenty of cable for the connection to the battery since my batteries in the front and I'm sure it would have been long enough to get to the back. There was not as much length to get to the winch. I also had to change the orientation of the connections for the electrical to the winch. The instructions were really light there and it was a little sketchy, but I figured it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im impressed with how it fits. 2010 foreman500 took me a morning to install. The instructions were so easy my son with no experience was able to lead the project. It's been lifting my plow now for a week with no issues or hiccups.

Product itself seems well built. However, the power lead wires from the control switch to the winch were too short. They would not reach the winch even though the control was mounted on my ATV handlebar and the winch was mounted in the standard location on the front of my ATV handlebar

Bought this a week ago, its mounted and working to lift atv snow plow up and down. Only thing that is no perfect is the push button remote. A little hard to smash buttons to get the raise and lower to work. Great other than that, so we will go with it

I bought this winch for my Honda Rancher 420 to assist in moving some logs and debris as well as having a way to remove myself if I get stuck. It was easy to install and more than powerful enough to handle my needs. There are also a lot of add on accessory options. Very affordable and seemingly well built winch.

Replaced an old winch on my Polaris today. Very impressed with the way things lined up. Impressed with the quality. The motor is quiet. The item was packaged very well. The price was amazing compared to others. Seemed to have plenty of power to lift the 60 inch plow. Happy so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product 4 months ago, and just put it on a 4-wheeler. It has been a great winch kit so far. The winch its self worked right away after I hooked up the wiring. I think that the kit has a good design, a great combination, with good steel.

Got this last month in preparation for the snow so I could plow mine and my mom's driveway. Quality at first glance looks good. Free spools well and has more than enough power for what I need. The only issue I have and the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the mounting bracket that came with it does not work with my Suzuki King Quad 500. I had to purchase another one separately to be able to keep to mount it so Suzuki owners beware. I know it's hard to make the “perfect” universal mount, I just wish there was an option to select what kind of vehicle the winch was going to be used on so I could get the right bracket with the kit instead of finding out while trying to install it it won't work.
