I purchased this shed from Costco and began having a few issues with the lid bowing. I called in and the customer service rep, Caleb, was extremely knowledgeable in helping me sort out the problems I was having. I am very happy with this product.

Instructions were a bit hard to understand but we watched the video and you tube and that was very helpful. Very nice shed. Perfect for organizing all of my pool items on my porch. It holds alot.

I bought this thing and after about 5 hours despite being very competent What's tools and building things it was way off. The directions were horrendous hand many of the places that needed to be screwed were marked while many were not. Several things had pre girls holes and several did not. It was missing about 8 or 9 bolts and screws. After I finally got it together the doors were about an inch off from being level and I tore the doors in the frame apart and reattached it and solve that problem which then caused the bottom frame to be boat in which I took that apart and then put it back together which once again caused the doors to be bowed. I can spray it with the hose on shower mode and in 10 seconds there is half a gallon of water. When I open the top and spray the door the water is just pooling in. I spent nearly a $100 to try to correct problems that this thing had to no Avail so tomorrow it is all going back to Sam's club. Avoid at all costs. This is not a quality product. It is significantly more difficult than it pretends to be to install and the directions are the worst I have ever seen.The pictures look like they were drawn by a child.
