Had a great visit with James and Ben..they done a great job,,frome now on will only have anything done to the car when these 2 are working...was there a few days to order tires and was treated terrible by a boy and a girl that said she was the manager of the tire department...there was not an adult in the room just kids that does not have a clue...we pay to come into the store and are disrecepted by kids...I then went and got a manager that they said there was none and reported them,,now as to whether he done anything about the way they acted ...I don't know...it is terrible when you pay to come into a business and you have no one over the kids..to make them be respectable ...and if I could have gotten my tires cheaper at any other store...I would not have purchased them from Sam's Club...

Awesome set of tires. Good Rain grip in Florida. Quiet too. Very happy after original set was done. Now no worries for another 60k plus miles

I needed new tires for my Subaru after one of them was damaged, so I went to Sam's. They gave me a really good deal, including installation and balancing.

I can definitely tell the difference now that my van has these new tires. We can feel the tires gripping the road and the sound inside our van is greatly reduced.

Bought tires online and scheduled installation when they arrived at my store. Technicians were very friendly and professional. Four tires installed in 1 hour. Tires give a comfortable ride and have good traction control.

These tires are very noisy. we bought the tires 3 years ago and have about 40k miles on them and they are very noisy at highway speeds. I get an alignment check on my car every 6 months (highly recommend lifetime alignment from Firestone just for that reason) so its not an alignment issue. The tires are just loud

I visited the local Sam's club at least 3 times before they realized that the tire was defected. Then I couldn't get the tire patched while I was waiting on the new tire. It was either patch it or order a new tire. So I drove around during inclement weather with a defective tire. When I parked this evening at home 2/18/26 the low tire pressure came on again. So, I have to take the tire back to see if the new tire is defective as well or is it another bad tire of the other 3. I don't have the time or resources to visit Sam's club repeatedly regarding defective tires that are supposed to be new. This is very frustrating and costly.

Bought 80,000 Mile BF Goodrich Advantage Control all season tires. Thank GOD my TPMS sensor died and a tire inspection was completed cause WOW the picture speaks for it self, Oh and they only had 40,000 miles on them!! NEVER AGAIN. Out of 4 tires the front 2 looked like the pictures on our 2018 Chevy Cruze.
