I purchased four Cross climate 2 tires 5 months ago. (I have driven on all major brands of tires during my sixty-one years of driving) The Michelin Cross Climate 2 are by far and away the best tire as far as handling, wear, - and for me- snow traction,

I purchased these tires to replace the original tires on a new VW ID4. Though I did not have, or use the original tires more than a few hundred km, I did not notice any major difference in noise or handling with the new Crossclimate2 tires. Though I was not able to compare EV range between the original equipment tires and the Crossclimate tires, both being new, I don't think there is much if any. I find these tires to be an excellent compromise between traction and durability vs rolling resistance (ie EV range) for where we live in the BC lower Mainland.

Bought these tires to replace the original OEM tires. These tires were chosen after reading many on-line reviews of various 3 season tires. These tires have a very agressive tread. I jokingly refer to them as 'tractor tires'. However these are great in rain, especially down pours as the tread design sheds the water easily giving the tires excellent grip in the wet. They also give confidence on gravel or dirt roads, gripping the road surface without sliding. On dry pavement they run smooth and quiet creating a comfortable ride mitigating most imperfections in the road surfaces. They are also quite good in early autumn snow before the winter tires get installed. Very happy with these 3 season tires.

Baffling how amazing these things are. I’m a very aggressive driver these obviously don’t have the extreme dry weather grip a dedicated summer tire would but I’ll trade that any day for what these things are capable of in the wet. Who was that famous Spaniard formula one racer who lived for a wet race track? Ayrton Senna ? That’s who I feel like in the wet with these tires. Amazing. It’s pouring right now this twisty backroad I use all the time that gets lakes on it when it rains and has thrown every vehicle I’ve ever owned into massive hydroplaning didn’t move me an inch today and I hit the lake that formed over this hairpin like I was Senna. Amazing. Third time now I’ve been in white knuckle rainy weather and I didn’t have a care in the world. Way above posted speed limits. Honestly wanna get my car on a racetrack and see if I’m fact these do have limits. All this and sixty thousand mile expected life?? Unbeatable. Nothing compares. These things Legitimately throw the water away from the tires if that makes sense. Wouldn’t know it was raining / pouring if it wasn’t for wipers needing to be on at full speed. Honestly can’t wait for the snow but I’m guessing these things are going to unflappable and unstoppable when the snow falls. Wow. And never in my 35 years of driving have I ever or wolf I ever thought I’d be writing a review for tires but here we are. They’re that good

Currently buying our third set of CrossClimate 2's. Cannot say enough good things about this tire. My wife puts 35K-40K miles a year. These tires hold up to all those miles and wear perfectly. She drives in all condition in the Mid Atlantic, and always says how safe she feels with these tires, no matter the driving conditions. Snow, ice, rain, and everything in between, these tires are fantastic! Currently have second set on our 2018 VW Atlas and our first set on 2024 Kia Sorento Hybrid.

Bought these tires for 2013 Prius. Get more rain than snow now in the northeast so thought I would give them a try. Worse decision ever. Now I have been buying Michelin tires for a long time, but these are so noisy. I thought I had a muffler problem then realized it was the tires. Sounds like I’m riding in a tank. As far a driving preferred the pilot sport. Would not recommend for a Prius.

I bought these tires 7 years ago for the first time. I have since put them on every vehicle I own as well as tell everyone I know to get them. The are smooth riding, long lasting, all around amazing tire. I will continue to put them on every vehicle I drive. Sometimes people have bad experiences but I can tell you more than likely it’s not the tires fault. I’ve read through some reviews and seems like installer was the problem or people hit something and blame the tire. Driven 106,000 miles

Wanting to get away from the noisy Continentals that came with my VW Passat GT, I found the CrossClimate 2 would provide the quiet, safe, and wet ratings that I needed. I only changed two before my road trip (NC to Texas end of Aug 2021) and immediately noticed reduce noise and had better handling. In New Orleans, I was there just as the hurricane was coming bringing in heavy rain. The CrossClimate 2 handled great even in heavy downpours. Last week, I picked up two more tires.. Wow! the mechanical resonance from replacing the two continentals dropped the road noise another 10 decibels and the handling only got better. I can't stop saying great things about these tires. Have been telling all my friends this is the next tire they should get.

I bought these tires to replace the aging factory ones on my Camry about four or five years ago. They lasted a good 75,000 miles and still had life left in them when I replaced them. In terms of performance, they did exceptionally well in the rain, even in a torrential downpour. They were very quiet up until the last year or so, but that's to be expected as the rubber hardens and the tread wears away. If you're looking for a tire that will last, look no further.

I purchased my cross climate 2 tires for my Ford Edge last May (2023). I like them very much and would highly recommend them . Although all season tires I did replace them with snow tires for our Canadian Winter. Tires are back on again for Spring, Summer and Fall travel.
