Looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shed is spacious and handsome. It took about 50 hours to complete, including the time to level the ground, build the base (2x6's, 3/4 inch ply, and deck blocks), and actually assemble the shed. We get a good amount of snow where I live, and being paranoid, I did brace up the inside with 2x4s. I built a work bench inside as well.

Have they heard of labeling?

Let me start by saying this the delivery was faster then I expected since it said it would take about it month, it took a couple of weeks. When I got it the delivery was a little rough, the boxes are extremely heavy and they leave them on the curb. Once we got around to building it, it took us about 12 hours .. with 4 people constantly working on it. Honestly we could have probably cut alot of the time if the parts where actually labeled. We had to measure out every part to make sure it was correct and figure out what part was what. Also finding some screw bags are bigger then others without proper labeling was a total disappointment. Luckily my boyfriend works in construction and was able to help figure it out. As far as the build , for the price it could be sturdier as well. It lacks reinforcement and the screws where directly on the plastic which its not over strong. Over all its okay. Better then our old shed.

The Shed is ok but Go Configure not so much

I bought this shed 5/11/20 and hired the company Sams Club uses to do assembly by the name of Go Configure. The shed was assembled on 6/11/20 however the doors do not close properly and when they arrived they put a level on the concrete base and said it was level. After assembly and not getting the doors to close properly they called their manager. I was told someone would reach out to me in a couple of days to resolve. After they left I was moving things into the new shed and notice a large gap on the rear corner of the shed. The doors were a small issue compared to the large gap. I have called twice to Go Configure and received nothing but "management is looking into it". They gave me a bit of an attitude when I pressed for an answer as to when someone would reach out to me. I had the shed delivered on 6/11/20 and it is 19 days later and still no reply. At this point I can live with the doors but a large gap at the floor of the shed I cannot deal with. I am only asking this to made right.

Nice Looking - BUT

First, definitely hire them to assemble - not worth pulling your back out. Second, be prepared to find a way to keep rain and snow out. After winter we went inside and water was under the floor, which comes up when you step on it. Good thing we stored almost everything in plastic bins. We are still trying to figure out a way to stop this. Third, close the door after you open it! I left it open while doing yard work and spent about 20 minutes to get it closed. The top of the door seemed to expand and was higher and it wouldn't close. We had to strongly slam it. It was not a fun task! Four, they need to fix these things because after a concrete slab, the shed and installation this was NOT CHEAP!

Missing door windows

I purchased this Lifetime Shed about a month ago and for the most part of this purchase experience, I'm so so pleased. I'm missing the door window panels that goes to the door. Other than that. I'm some what satisfied. I will be calling Lifetime first thing in the morning ***

As advertised

Bought 2 months ago. Had a slab poured for it (easier). Hubby and I assembled at night over a few days to avoid daytime California heat. Very sturdy. Will last. Read directions. 4 boxes total weight 800lbs. Curbside delivery. They put it at the top of driveway for us though. Worth the money. No issues or concerns. It's just as pictured. Recommend making sure you've got which doors go together and at which side figured out first. Also check floor peg hole placement for doors before putting up walls. Mostly assembled by hubby with minor help holding roof panels during screw placement and balancing doors while the bottom of the hinges were adjusted. I would definitely recommend. Customer service call center is a joke though. Held 40min trying to get someone on the line and call got hung up on. The doors are not labeled which are which entry/pair but we were able to figure it out. Directions include recommendations on foundation as slab but also dictate building your own wood foundation for it if you want to go that route. Wood would have cost same as slab for us as our neighbor is in concrete pumping and did slab for cheap. Would have gone slab route anyway with the 800lb weight plus stuff we are storing. Figure slab wouldn't have to be replaced and will last as long as shed. This thing is DURABLE and sturdy. Definitely worth the additional cost over steel or wood which have maintenance requirements and this does not. Thanks Sam's Club for carrying this great product and offering good deal. Very happy with it.

Fasteners Fall Out

All the problems are common and to be expected, missing parts, vague instructions, size and fitment issues. My biggest problem now a year after the 3 week assembly on the largest unit is that all of the screws that hold the roof framework to the roof panels are falling out. It seems that the plastic likes to heat up and expand too much and this loosens the screws in the inconsistant panel thickness at the connection points. This is a huge quality control issue. My unit is in danger of falling apart after only a year after assembly. I have over 30 years in the building trade and have assembled many product in the past and this is quite overpriced for the quality of the unit I received. If the quality was there it is a good design, it just needs to be heavier in the connection points

Great curb appeal and reasonable installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike other reviewers here, I found the installation material easy to follow, because I followed BOTH the written instructions and Youtube videos during assembly. For each section of install, I would review the video, then followed the manual. It made sense when I used both, because there is detail information in both you can't get from using just one sources. In this manner I assembled the entire shed by myself in 12 hours, broken up into 2 days. First day (4hrs) I assembled all the doors, roof struts & misc parts. 2nd day for full assembly Tip: I used 2 cordless drills and belt holster to hold the drills and screws to speed up assembly because there are a lot of screws & bolts. The only issue I had was securing the 2 largest main roof struts by the front doors so they would not fall during assembly. If they fall and hit the floor, good chance of puncturing the plastic floor from the sharp metal edges. Tip 2: If installing by yourself, use duct tape to hold those struts in place until secured. Everything else was straight forward. Like others have said, a level platform is mandatory if you want panels and doors to line up. My site was a worst case scenario because my platform was built on 4x4 post stilts on a 45 degree slope. Though I was careful to make a level platform (using 6 foot level), I still had to do some shimming to get the doors fit perfect. But that is to be expected on a resin shed. Finally, if you get frustrated, I recommend take a break and review both the manual & video again. It's easy to miss things with so many parts involved.

There is so much room. Shed is exstreamly sturdy. The design is very attractive. The window design is very clever enabling me to open windows and lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shed a couple of months ago, I love it. #1 Question, what are the silver metal pieces it shows being put on the corner outside of door? I did not receive these in the box. #2 Question, what do I need to purchase to hang my Kyack in this shed.

Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished putting together my new lifetime shed. Product is high quality and didn't have any missing parts. Arrived ahead of schedule too! Putting this bad boy together is a commitment to say the least. It is definitely a two-person job as well even though the pre-assembly section of truss, gable, doors and walls can be done with only one person a second will speed it up a great deal. My only complaint is the door assembly process and alignment of the doors themselves. I needed to shim two of the doors to get them to close and now there is a gap between my wood base and the shed floor that might allow water to get under so I will probably apply some sort of foam sealer to help. If I didn't go 10 rounds with the doors I would give this product 5 starts.
