Great pie the family loves it. We like to warm a slice and add a scoop of Vanilla or Butter Pecan ice cream. A great value too.

This pie was delicious and better than making it at home. I heated up a piece of pie and added a scoop of ice cream.

Never thought I would be giving this pie a 5 star rating but I decided to try it again after a few years of not buying it because some reviewers said it was improved. Guess what - Sams did it! Pie is now really, really good. Crust tasted good and was baked right, not raw or under or overcooked. The filling was full of soft, very good tasting apple slices - I could not find one slice that had skin on it or part of the core (like in the past). So, I can confidently recommend this pie as a buy you will enjoy. Oh, and it's huge too.

I have been buying these apple pies for quite awhile now and always gave them 5 stars but I don't know what happened this time I hope it was just a fluke but this pie was terrible there were very few apples in it and the bottom crust has always tasted cooked but this one was raw pastry and the top was always lightly sprinkled with sugar this time there was so much sugar on top it made the pie so so sweet it was like taking a bite of pure sugar I hope you haven't messed up a great pie and made it disgusting.
