I was surprised the rolls didn't rise very much. The flavor was bland

I have noticed that for the last two years that when buying the 4 pack of Pillsbury crescents at Sam's that the dough is much thinner and I use them for appetizers and they are too thin to roll once you get filling in them. I had one that I had bought at a grocery store and one of the tubes of the 4 pack and laid them side by side once I opened them up and the dough is literally 1/2 the thickness (see through almost) in the Sam's purchased tube. It is a better value to buy at regular grocery store as the dough is thicker and able to be used for whatever you are making.

I buy these every holiday season, and my kids go nuts for them. I use them for many things, from hot dog wraps, to mock apple turnovers, to ham and cheese rollups, or just brush with a little garlic butter for a delicious dinner bread. Quality is always great, and you can't beat the price.

We picked up (curbside) the rolls and had less than a month before expiration

I have not opened this product yet, but it is very helpful in cooking and baking with decent price.
