Being on KETO i use cream cheese ALOT . I use it for lemon pound cakes , coconut flour pancakes , creamed spinach . I keep a 6 pack in my fridge . The brands make a difference. Philadelphia is the best consistency.

Anything cheese deserves a five star for me. And the texture reminds me of cream when it spreads and is pretty much good on anything! I use it on bagels, sandwiches, burgers, and even to dip my chips and crackers in!
