Mix 2 tablespoons cream cheese to 2 tablespoons water with 1/4 teaspoon any season, salt and pepper to taste. Microwave 1 minute, stir and microwave 30 seconds. I use it in my steaks, vegetables, chicken, mix a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and makes it perfect for pork. Good source of protein low on carbs keto diet.
