Philadelphia cream cheese is the staple in my families recipes. I use this from cheesecakes, dips, plain on a bagel or on a savery slow cooked chicken. I sometimes opt for the lighter cream cheese version but only use during special occasions.

Best cream cheese brand out there. It is fantastic as a spread, but can be used it in a variety of other recipes. The only complaint is the stupid foil packaging that can get everywhere if you don’t fold it back up right.
