Is a very good product I totally recommended is easy and satisfying is the best for the actuality's.

This is a really good product when you take it you feel it working right away it doesnt have much of a taste which is a good thing..

I used to always use these but I stopped a few years ago because I didn't find them effective anymore.

Alkaseltser is the best when I have heartburn or even stomachache!! It is so so effective!! Nothing else works better for me!

They were originally selling antacid which is in the product description but they send you aspirin. Not worth the hassle of returning it.

This product is NOT the antacid version- NOT for upset stomach, heartburn, indigestion etc. It is PAIN relief- buffered aspirin product.

I rely on alka seltzer heavily and use it on a weekly basis at least! It solves many of my stomach issues and I couldn't be more thankful!

My husband lives by these. He gets upset stomach quite often and sometimes heartburn and these work best for him.
