When I have a migraine this helps, when Im having an upset stomach this helps, when Im have a hangover this helps, it's pretty much the solution to anything lol

I have acid reflux and usually when I eat a lot of carbs during the day and feel really bad to my stomach, I go for this tablets, I normally use about 2, and they help me get better, especially during the night.would recommend.

I feel like everyone says this, but alka-seltzer is one of those things that I'll always thank my mom for forcing me to use whenever I was sick. I keep a pack in my drawer at work just in case!

It's weird but I love alkaseltzer with ice water! It's great for indigestion and gas! Of course it's a baking soda taste but well that's what you need for the job! I do recommend

Awesome medicine to cure upset stomach and other annoying tummy situations. Nothing I can say negative about this product. Affordable and easy to find.

Did the job. When other antacids don't work, I rely on Alka Seltzer to help me out. The product certainly delivers on its promise to relieve my indigestion and pain, particularly before bedtime!

For general uses, this product will do the job but I tend to like the extra-strength better. I tend to use these particular Alka-Seltzer for my 10 year old brother and it does him well, but the extra-strength is far more effective for me!
