[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] over all, i think the product worked well and was and alternative to swallowing pills, which gets old fast. i was sent an alka seltzer vox box courtesy of influenster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't help honestly. At most it helps with a stomach ache but hardly. It's gross and salty just drink a normal seltzer.

I purchased 4 boxes of Alka Seltzer Antacid 2 in the store and 2 online and ended up with 4 boxes of Alka Seltzer Buffered Asprin. Come on Sam's Club get this fixed!!
