For when carbonated drinks just don't cut it. After an oily and fatty meal, I always feel bloated and heavy. This is a life saver. One tab and a cup of water later, my stomach is all settled.

Love this product. Because of the aspirin it helps with headache and other aches. This is the only way I can consume aspirin without it bothering my stomach. Please never stop making Alka-Seltzer with aspirin.

I have acid reflux and usually when I eat a lot of carbs during the day and feel really bad to my stomach, I go for this tablets, I normally use about 2, and they help me get better, especially during the night.would recommend.
