When i was a kid i hated the taste. So for kids I'd recommend the flavored gummies. But I love the fresh refreshing bubbles of these tabs in iced water . I think just hearing or seeing it fizz starts the relief.

I guess I'm old school but these tablets work wonders for me! I actually like the taste too so that helps! I don't have upset stomach very often but when I do this is what I reach for and it works like a charm!

I purchased 4 boxes of Alka Seltzer Antacid 2 in the store and 2 online and ended up with 4 boxes of Alka Seltzer Buffered Asprin. Come on Sam's Club get this fixed!!

convenient packaging, you can take it with you on a trip and carry it in your bag. The effervescent tablet dissolves quickly, the taste is not the best I've tried, but it works. I bought it inexpensively

Had some digestive discomfort the last day or two and had been taking simethecone and an acid suppressor with poor results. Took two Alka Seltzer's I found in our medicine cabinet and bingo! I feel so much better! Will be buying more tomorrow.
