I were extremely happy with the purchase of this chicken. I didn't have to cook it. It's not like the roasted chicken you buy in the store. Those have a tendency to have a dryer , taste and feel and texture. These are more succulent and tender and savory.\nMoist. It's pricey. But it made a wonderful dish. Three pounds of cooked chicken! I did not have to add rosemary , time and sage. It's all there. Obviously i'm very happy with this product! :)

We have been purchased this for years you get the best value for your money and it makes amazing chicken and noodles, chicken salad or chicken and dumplings. We use it in so many different recipes. We also use it to make buffalo chicken dip. It taste like fresh shredded chicken and that’s why our family keeps coming back for it.

The next best think to whole carcus of a hen. I heat it up on a sauce pan adding water just right to boil it good with some more seasoning to make chicken and Dumplings

the chicken was all white meat, if I had wanted chicken brest I would have bought canned chicken breast, very disappointed
