I had a great experience this past weekend working with the Tire service technicians, Gerald, Sylvester and Shaun went above and beyond to help with replacing my tires. Great experience. The Goodyear MaxLife rides great, no road noise at all! Better than the Michelins that I had.

Sam's Club, Normal IL Tire service

I would highly commend Arturo from the Tire shop and Nicholas at the Tire Pump as they helped me today with a dead battery situation and went above and beyond to help me. Nicholas helped me get a new battery that was unavaibale at the store and Arturo from the Tire Department help me change it out so i could get moving. I am beyond thankful and greatful for these to gentleman!! Thank Sams for hiring such caring employees!

Tire Shop Service Outstanding!

I was on vacation in Florida and Made an appointment to get 4 new tires installed, purchased tires and they moved my vehicle in shop area and after 45 minutes I received a call saying that the valve stems were bad and they couldn’t put the tires on unless they replaced all 4valve stems.They stated that because my vehicle was from up north that the valve stems were corroded. I canceled the order and they refunded my money. I came home and went to my local Walmart and they sold me 4 tires and installed them. And they checked the valve stems and said they were fine and didn’t need to be replaced

Installation

Tires are good. Haven’t had any problems yet. I give the tires 5 stars. However, I would think twice about having Sam’s Club install them the next time. I give Sam’s 1 star. Our appointment was for 9:00 am. Got there 5 minutes early and the guy who was at the counter was just arriving. He seemed so inconvenienced that we were there 5 minutes early. He mumbled his words and then when we asked him to repeat himself he just rolled his eyes at us. Said he’d call us when they were done. About 45 minutes. We said that’s fine we’d shop while we waited. An hour later we asked if they were done. He said they’d been done for a while just didn’t have time to call us. How long does it take to dial a number and say it’s done? If you have chance find someone else to install your tires. The price is not worth the disrespect.
