Tires are good. Haven’t had any problems yet. I give the tires 5 stars. However, I would think twice about having Sam’s Club install them the next time. I give Sam’s 1 star. Our appointment was for 9:00 am. Got there 5 minutes early and the guy who was at the counter was just arriving. He seemed so inconvenienced that we were there 5 minutes early. He mumbled his words and then when we asked him to repeat himself he just rolled his eyes at us. Said he’d call us when they were done. About 45 minutes. We said that’s fine we’d shop while we waited. An hour later we asked if they were done. He said they’d been done for a while just didn’t have time to call us. How long does it take to dial a number and say it’s done? If you have chance find someone else to install your tires. The price is not worth the disrespect.

Excellent service. The 2 gentleman who serviced my vehicle didn’t only put on the tire I purchased but moved tires around for better wear and safety. Really appreciate the service.

When I arrived for my appointment, the lady at the counter told me I had to pay an additional $6 for something to do with the TPM that was NOT included in the online purchase price. It's only $6 but still with the price I paid for the install it should have been included.

The tires are quite. Ithey don't have as much grip as I was expecting.

I was on vacation in Florida and Made an appointment to get 4 new tires installed, purchased tires and they moved my vehicle in shop area and after 45 minutes I received a call saying that the valve stems were bad and they couldn’t put the tires on unless they replaced all 4valve stems.They stated that because my vehicle was from up north that the valve stems were corroded. I canceled the order and they refunded my money. I came home and went to my local Walmart and they sold me 4 tires and installed them. And they checked the valve stems and said they were fine and didn’t need to be replaced
