Two stars because it used to be best burger meat.

Two stars just because it used to be best burger meat, but lately it became something you couldn't even have one bite without the taste of metallic and some unpleasant after test. No matter how you season it, the test never go and it overwhelms no matter how you cook it.

Good Tasting But Not For Me

Call them "Angus" burgers and make them 1/3 lb. People will buy them and think they are getting something premium. In my opinion, they're not. The taste is OK, and they don't shrink too much, but there are issues. Did you ever wonder why Sam's doesn't include nutrition info and ingredients online? Maybe it's the fine print. They have a 80/20 meat to fat ratio (151g patty/30g fat = 19.87% fat) which is normal for a burger, but 420g of "encapsulated salt" (look it up) and beef "flavorings". If Angus is so great why do they need to add "flavorings"? Most people are probably unaware that these are pre-seasoned before they grill them. If I want to season the outside of my burger I'll do that, but I don't want salt built-in. Burgers aren't health food, but I'm going back to 100% beef patties.

Bone fragments are unappetizing

These burgers are full of bone bits. I can't stand eating a burger and almost chipping a tooth. It is an instant turn-off for me and I just end up throwing the rest of the burger away. It has happened at least 3 more times throughput the 18 pack. Not a fan.

Taste vs Pride

These are not even close to the SILVER T BRAND ANGUS BURGERS Sam's Club use to carry! They decided to produce their own version, a Members Mark version that tastes ok but I don't buy them anymore because they just aren't as good as the SILVER T BRAND. Sam's Club chose pride over great quality and taste and quit providing us shoppers with a product that is way more superior in taste and quality. It saddens me that Sam's Club quit carrying this product and I wish they would bring it back. I'm sorry, but your beef patties suck compared to the SILVER T BRAND. I hope others will read this and agree with me. I also hope you write a review and request that Sam's Club bring them back.

Pale color, Lots of grease

These burgers were sooo greasy we had flames shooting up from the grill. The mess we had to clean up was ridiculous. Grease splattered all over the grill cover inside and out plus grease splattered over the deck floor all around the grill. We had to take the grill burners off and clean along with the grates. The flavor of the burgers were not great, only mediocre. We just cooked the last 4 on the stove in a deep pot so as not to recreate the grill mess. I drained off the grease and nearly filled a cereal bowl from just the 4 patties. Again the taste was very disappointing, they do not taste like Angus beef at all.

No! Just NO!

Since Sam's was out of fresh burger patties I thought I'd give these a try, based upon the reviews. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what, but the first burger I made didn't taste like pure ground beef, it tasted like there might be other things like hearts that are put into really cheap burgers. I made another - same thing, and the amount of grease produced with these was far more than there should have been with this proportion of fat to lean. I gave the second one to my dog, and she took one bite, gave me stink eye, and walked away. At almost $30 these are going back to Sam's, and I wouldn't buy them again. If they don't have the fresh burgers when I return these I'll just get some burgers from Aldi - they're far better.

Great burgers and super convenient!

We have been buying these for a few months now and I have to say, these are great burgers. They are frozen, but you can just throw them on the grill straight out of the freezer and they are just as good as a home made patty. Saves so much time and money. We've cooked these for two large parties and people text me the next day about how good the burgers were. Great buy.

Transfat-Horrible for you but delicious

Wow, thought these looked like semi decent frozen burger patties, but the label lists 2grams of transfat per patty. Yes, they tast good but I don’t want to die young so I’m never buying them again. Like another reviews said, no paper to separate the patties, so you have to thaw a big junk or chisel them apart. Pure trash that was tasty, will not recommend unless you’re into having extra clogged arteries. I’ll stick to regular old ground beef.

Yes, Please

These are delicious. The texture and taste are amazing. This time of year we have them once a week. They don’t shrink a lot, and they are the best frozen patties I have ever bought. The price is retry good. You can buy cheaper ones, but why would you want to?! Eat them plain or melt a slice of cheese on top. Perfection.

Greasy Burgers But Good

For cookouts, I always purchase frozen Angus burgers from Sams. But these burgers are greasier than what I remember. Maybe I used a different brand? I don’t know but pan frying these, you can see all of the grease left in the pan. These are best cooked on an outdoor grill so that the grease in drained off of the burger. These are good burgers just greasy. I would like to give them 3.5 stars.
