They were grainy.

The patties are very delicious and easy to cook. The only reason I gave 4 stars are that the patties are stock together and very difficult to separate. I have to put them in the oven for a couples of minutes to detach before putted on the grill. Overall excellent patties.

I have purchased this product several times, never had such a low quality of meat as I did this time around. Was really surprised by the cook time, and overall quality when cooking was complete. Kids still ate them, but I may have to leave this brand alone for a little while so it can return to its former glory.

Dry %26 bland. Tried countertop 'double sided' grill, tried frying pan with lid on...just too dry and not at all good. Tried microwave and wasn't dry, but still not good. No need to dare try the grill at this point. Going to be dog food. For 20% more you can get good, fresh meat.

I have bought before and they was great. What has happened to these? I'm very disappointed in all the Pices of BONE chunks we found in this product. We had a cookout and most of these was thrown away I was ashamed of this product from Sams. Don't waste your money.
