I wasnt a big fan of all the games on the system at first. Then CoinopX changed the game. You can bring your own games. Add Steam Games to play locally or their cloud service. The pinball add on is just the icing on the cake. So much function and fun.

I bought the Legends Ultimate cabinet and owned it for approximately 35 days before it went totally haywire and became unusable. And what I mean by unusable is the system would intermittently freeze, the controls became unresponsive, games would think that buttons and directions are randomly being pressed when nothing was being touched...etc...I did a factory reset, firmware update, power cycled repeated times, signed out and back into wifi with absolutely zero luck. Thankfully Sam's Club approved my return and is issuing a full refund however packing this beast back up for shipping is a totally different nightmare in itself. I should also note that prior to the software crash with the system the plastic shield over the screen started to come off with the glue failing along the bottom corners and in the center. Overall just extremely poor quality for a product which costs $500+ dollars. My advice is to stick with the newer gen Arcade1Up cabinets or if you are feeling adventurous build yourself a home arcade cabinet.

For $500, this is the best value you can get for a multicade unit on the market, even besting Arcade1Up cabinets when it comes to control options and variety. The control panel is pretty fantastic, the joysticks are pretty responsive, the spinners are really smooth and spin freely, and the trackball, while not being as great as original arcade trackballs, works pretty well. The included 350 games vary in what people may want, but given how many games of each genre you get in this cabinet compared to others, there's sure to be quite a few favorites for everyone. It helps that despite being developed by AtGames, the emulation quality is actually pretty good and the games run great, with only a few minor graphical quirks that aren't quite arcade perfect. Additionally, there is an ability to add more games via a variety of options without having to modify the components of the cabinet itself, which alone makes this casual friendly and one of the most affordable options for those who want to have a MAME cabinet without too much technical know how. I highly recommend this for those who want a personal arcade cabinet with a variety of games at your disposal but don't have the funds or technical knowledge to build one of your own; or even for an arcade enthusiast that is either starting a home arcade for the first time or already owns some from other developers already.

if I could have given this item a negative 10. I would have done so. Lasted less than 4 months. I should have listened to the comments about the main board. A few days after the 90 day warranty. it completely stopped working. We tried working with the manufacturer and was given the silent treatment. Eventually after contacting SquareTrade, the manufacturer responded requesting that we send $90 to fix the game. The game was never fixed and we had to opt for reimbursement of the game only. SquareTrade did not cover the taxes. Without a doubt the game is definitely a piece of junk.

I was very excited to receive this back in May. I noticed when I finally opened it a couple of the particle board pieces were damaged. The marquee was cracked. The screw holes where you connect the control deck and the top with monitor did not align. Overall I kept it for a month because I figured the manufacturer could fix these issues. Constant firmware updates which is great and I got to play some classic games. That being said after updating to the latest firmware and playing a handful of times the screen went black. I did all the troubleshooting steps AtGames support recommended. They cannot send replacement parts at this time because of restrictions in the state. I returned to Sam’s Club and will wait for this to get back in stock. I still recommend it but I think quality and control for the unit I received was not done.

Didn't have any issues with both of mine and just got a new one. Im a big fan of Arcade1up but this is a step up in my opinion. 24" lcd monitor with plexi that are both better than what Arcade1up provides. Now I believe these are for two different crowds. If you want an all games in one unit experience this is your jam. If you want to create an arcade experience and buy multiple machines with the classic artwork go with Arcade1up. I enjoy them both but AtGames is making the market more competitive which is giving us a better product in the long run. To sum it up I was skeptical at first but I really enjoy it and appreciate AtGames continuously evolving the product with updates and new features.

I got this for Easter and I couldn't stop smiling since I have been looking at arcade cabinets for several years now (either buying or building). For the money, it's a great machine that comes with add-ons that would cost much more if you would build it yourself. The 2 spinners work great and spin very easily, the trackball is pretty decent and actually tracks very true and straight, the buttons are just as good as any Happ knock-offs you can find, and the joysticks are just as good as any Sanwa knock-offs you can find. The side art is tasteful and I'm so glad they did away with the vinyl screw-in and went back to the wrap. The light-up marquee is also very nice. It's not too bright but well lit all around and I don't notice dull spots. The games that come with it are decent. There are 300 pre-loaded on it. Some arcade and Atari console games. Everything that is pre-loaded runs very smooth for all of the games I have tested so far. However, the games list is... well... lacking. I understand that from a copyright standpoint and they have to pay for all of their games they have, so I have no problems with what they selected. To be honest, much better value than any Arcade1up. Speaking of Arcade1up, the AtGames unit is perfect height being a full size machine. I'm not hunching over to play and for me at 5'8" it's perfect. My 6' son has no problems playing it standing either. For that alone, I just could never get myself to buy an Arcade1up. Now, where this baby really shines, is loading CoinOpsX and uploading a very "Saucy" image. Just follow the instructions from "Patton Plays". His "How to use CoinOpsX on the Legends Ultimate Arcade and Legends Gamer with Flash Drive X (Tutorial)" YouTube video walks you through step-by-step. You just need a PC and a 64 GB flash drive. I used a 128 GB Samsung Fit Plus since it's low profile and you don't even notice it plugged in. Once you load this image into your machine, you need to load CoinOpsX every time to play. The wheel on that image feels like a Hyperspin machine and it really makes it fun to just go through the games with the preview videos. Now, remember this machine is just a basic SBC (single board computer). Even a Raspberry Pi 3B+ is more powerful than this. So, temper you expectations if you want to run heavy 3D games, new games, etc. on this stock machine. However, what I love about this image, is it doesn't break the OEM machine and I can still use the AtGames part and update the firmware, etc. If you want to mod this thing and slap a PC, Pi, Odroid, etc. in there, you can do that too. I tried with the USB and it booted it up perfect but I couldn't get the both P1 and P2 joysticks to work at the same time with the BT. I don't want to splice the wires like Retro Ralph did so that is why this image is perfect. If you are on the fence about this machine because you are not sure if it's good enough or not, take it from me that it's worth every penny. I was playing Golden Tee 2K on this last night and it works flawless with that image. The controls are already set up out of the box. I hope that helps. I know this machine helps makes me smile when I walk into the basement each night.

The legends ultimate is a really awesome machine especially when adding games externally with coinops. The problem is it won't last. My control board stopped working completely in less than 6 months and after searching the internet it's a very common problem. At Games support is poor and what's worse is their horrible warranty length. 30 days? Any true company stands by their products for at least a year.

Purchased machine for promise of a ton of games. Most are from Atari 2600 but OK, fine. It HOUNDS you for a credit card. I decide to enter one to purchase the Activision pack and end up signed up for a reoccurring subscription. To top it off, the games I purchased do not work. Had high hopes but a major disappointment. Will be returning.

I bought this as a Christmas Gift. It never worked. Since the item was sold out, my husband opted to do some research. After over a week of tinkering with it, watching numerous youtube videos, talking to people in the business, we finally returned it. completely disappointing.
