Screen locked up how do u fix?

This Arcade is Amazing and can be upgraded substantially.

Many games are pretty dated graphically but true to the time they were developed.

Would have been a 4 if not for broken board

Got it put together and the buttons don't work. Took it apart five times and all I can do is use joystick to move through screens. Reset it, nothing. Really sad we just got it yesterday.

Where do I get replacement parts. I bought this last month and it’s missing screws?????
