I absolutely love it! It includes a lot of great games and it's easy to add others via a flash drive. It's like a time machine that transports me back to the arcades of the 80's and a blast to play with the whole family. It was hands-down the best experience I've ever had assembling something. It was extremely well packaged. The hardware came in a plastic box and each compartment had the part number imprinted on the lid. They also included one extra for every single piece of hardware. It's such a simple thing to do, but you just don't see companies doing it. I was able to quickly and easily assemble it by myself in under an hour. When I was researching it, I saw people mention little issues like the screen covering the USB and HDMI ports. That was not the case with mine. I suspect the company is actively monitoring and addressing issues. Speaking of which, I've already seen multiple firmware updates in the short time I've owned it.

My husband and I bought this Jan 3rd. And we are very pleased with the amount of games on this console! We checked everyday at least 7-8 times a day to see if it was back in stock since the initial sale. Low and behold we got on Sams website and they were in stock for about 15 mins. We were scheduled for delivery the13th and it arrived early on Jan 9th we have played everyday and can’t see us getting exhausted with these games. This was a steal for the price! We encourage everyone to keep checking the website you will luck up eventually.

I purchased one at the local SAMS club and brought it home, from the recent 1 day event sale. After assembly I turned it on and got power, but only a black screen. After multiple emails and hours, back and forth with the manufacture, I had to return it. Of course, they were out of stock and SAMS doesn’t do rain checks, so I have no arcade game; just a bad experience.

I've owned this arcade game now for 3-4 days. It's a fantastic value for only $500 with the included Dongle flashdrive of 8 more games like Pacman and Galaga. The controls are all good quality, as well as the cabinet construction. I reminded you do the following things to improve user experience: 1) Have printed instruction on how to load a Blast! dongle. I didn't know you had to pair the dongle until eventually finding a Youtube video. The Dongle instructions don't mention this nor is it mentioned in the AtGames website Support Area. 2) Have a separate Support Area on your website dedicated for Legends Ultimate users. Why don't you have this? 3) I like that many of your games have a pop-up window that show what controls are needed to play the games. Great job! You do need to add this feature to all games like Space Duel. I've tried to figure out how to start this game at the store and at home with no success. Space Fury has the same issue with a 9 number key pad that keeps popping up on the screen when starting and while playing the game. You should allow the option of the metal roller knob for many of the games in place of the joystick. So far I haven't played a single game that has allowed the use of the roller knob. You do not make it easy at all to determine what Blast! Dongle games can be purchased to add to the current loaded games. You should include read letters below (Not Added) each of the Arcade Play Link icons to show which games are available AND a link directly to your private website that always has them available for purchase. You should show which games on the website list can be added (since we already have an account with AtGames), and allow for purchase. I also don't know if only Blast! dongles can be purchased or can I also add other devices on your AtGames website. You many other loaded games that have controllers, so can those also be loaded in? Your separate ArcadeNet streaming games aren't attractive right not, so I'm also hoping you will add popular games Defender, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Pole Position, Qbert, etc. Lastly, your BYOB (like ArcadeNet) is another great option, but there are no instructions on setting it up, and I have no idea how to do it. My over all opinion is this is still a "no brainer" purchase, because the value is excellent. You NEED to address the suggestions I mentioned very quickly, because many customers will not have the patience to endure the issues I mentioned above.

We got this arcade on Christmas. Assembly was easy and we enjoyed playing it for a few hours. Navigating between game pages was smooth. Directions for each game were pretty clear. Some of the game controls were wrong- for example, when playing 2 player on Centipede, the controls were fine for player 1, but joystick controls were reversed and the A didn’t “shoot” on the 2nd players side. At this point I’d give it 4 or 4.5 stars… However, when we went to play on day 2, the screen would not turn on. The cabinet lights worked, but the screen stayed dark and there was no sound. We took the cabinet apart and checked the connections, did a little research and found this to be a common problem. I reached out to AT games Facebook and email, but frustratingly there is no customer service number. We discovered the AT games “warranty” (if you want to call it that) is only 30 days. We decided to return the arcade to Sam’s (who’s 90 day return policy is better than AT’s warranty!) My husband and I were excited to relive our childhood and would have just exchanged the arcade with the hope we got a faulty control board/screen and replacement would have solved our issues. But the life of the screen, the abysmal warranty, lack of immediate customer service support, and the fact that the arcade is now out of stock culminated in a return and disappointing Christmas.

My review: Bought two. Both had issues. First one the player 1 controller stopped working after two weeks. Customer service was great but parts were backordered so we returned it to Sam’s Club but immediately ordered another one. It arrived and worked fine for an hour then all controls became non responsive and it was locked in Bluetooth pairing mode. Spent hours googling how to fix it but nothing worked. Packed it up and returning it to Sam’s Club today. The units are awesome when they worked but after getting two defective units we are not going to buy a third. Several of our friends were about to purchase them but changed their minds after our experience. Again, customer service was great and did reply promptly and professionally. We just ended up spending more time packing them up and returning them that actually playing.

BEWARE! There is no support for any AtGames products at this time. I had an issue with mine and opened a ticket and have gotten no response. Others on AtGames' website are saying the same thing. I believe the company is selling out their inventory while appearing to remain open. Nothing on their website is even in stock anymore. I fully expect them to announce they are going out of business at some point in the future. You cannot order replacement parts for this anymore so if something breaks you are on your own. All of the download links on their website are broken. I also own the Legends Pinball and previously had no issues with getting support when needed. Those times are over however.
