This bike is sturdy and has been great to get some exercise while I work from home. Most of the way out together. Was not very taxing. Unfortunately, when peddling there is a catch on one side that would require me to take apart the main part of the bike to see what is happening and that just defeats the point of this being easy to put together. If it hadn’t been so cheap I would definitely send back.

Spent an hour putting this together only to find that the toggle which repositions the workstation will not budge. It is stuck in the LOCK position. This makes it impossible to get on the bike as it is too close to the seat.

I lovvve this, it was so easy to assemble, and it's not huge and clunky. It's wonderful to be able to get my school work done while staying active (and watching Netflix while staying active). It could be improved by a squishier seat as it gets a little uncomfortable after a while, and it would be great to have somewhere to thread your laptop cord through, to keep it out of the way, but otherwise I love it.

I recently had total knee replacement surgery and developed complications with scar tissue build-up on the patella tendon, femur, and tibia. After undergoing a post-op knee manipulation to break up the scar tissue, I bought the Wirk cycle to use to keep my knee loose and to use it in the rehabilitation process. My left knee was replaced two years ago and my right hip is being considered fr replacement. This bike is wonderful in the rehab stage in keeping me loose, redeveloping the muscle strength in my legs and hips, and overall health as a whole. In addition, it has helped in improving my cardiovascular health and in weight loss. I have lost over 30 pounds since my surgery and kept it off.

I loved the bike, smooth motion and awesome desk area...but the seat...OHMYGOSH! Both me and my hubby were in pain after riding it for 15 minutes. I put a towel on the seat and it woud slide around. A called the company and they did not know of any seat replacements for it...so I had to send it back. Totally "BUMMED"--- The workout potential and the smoothness made it a great ride...but if your tailbone and everything else down there is numb...it is not worth it. Shopping again for something else. If someone finds a seat replacementplease leave a comment on my feedback. I would buy it again in a heartbeat! For reference, I am 5'6 and my hubby is 6'1 and the stride was good for both of us--but the seat hurt us both. Boo.

I'd been trying to figure out how to attach a shelf-like structure to my old stationary bike so I could use my work laptop while riding. Then I saw a spoof video of a bicycle with a laptop holder. I wondered if there really was one for stationary bicycles. Yes! And one comes attached to a stationary bike. The bike is more compact than my old one, so I can move from the basement to the living room! I put it together fairly easily. I had only pedaled a little bit for the past three days when it started to make a noise. I discovered in reviews on Amazon that the noise was due to the pedal connection not being tightened enough. I tightened it. It seems to be back to whisper quiet again. Phew! The placement of the bottle holder makes the laptop sit off-center to the right. I'll figure out a way to hold my bottle somewhere else on the bike. The cup holder is a little more than 1 1/2 inches deep - too deep for my handled glasses and mugs which is a good thing though. The lever to move the front upright post is easy to move with the foot to allow for easy entry and exit. I put my manual and tools in a bag that hangs from the handrails off the back - keeps them handy.

I would certainly recommend it for the price. I wanted something that would help me move more while I work on my computer for 8 hours + a day. This was a great answer. I listed out the pros and cons. Don't think you can beat it for the money. I spend a few hours on it a day. The biggest negative is the seat. Pros: Very Stable Sturdy Silent operation Adjustable desk in height and distance to user Quality material Easy to put together Back rest Easy to move around with the wheels Cons: Missing 4 screws which required a trip to Lowes Small and uncomfortable seat after 5 minutes. - Added a big pillow to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in January and LOVE it. The price was right and I sort of crossed my fingers that the quality would be solid. It is! The workstation (bike) was easy to put together and is very sturdy. I ride anywhere from 20-90 minutes per day and it's been great. It's also very easy to move, so I can easily schlep it from my office into the family room if I want to watch TV while I bike. The adjustable desk part of the bike makes it incredibly usable - I use it for reading, working on my laptop, and even as a standing desk sometimes. I separately bought a workout puzzle mat the put underneath the bike, so it hasn't made an indent in my carpet and it makes for a more comfortable standing workstation, as well. I love my Wirk workstation!

Very sturdy and good quality. It was simple to put together solo and I am a petite female with no special skills - I just followed the instructions step-by-step. This unit is super quiet, so it would be great for new moms. The large worksurface with tilt-up tab makes it awesome for using your tablet or phone. Love the cupholder too! I am a bit out of shape so I'm using it at a low tension right now but still feel like I'm getting my heart rate up. I believe I will be happily using this unit for many years to come.
