The cabinet looked great in the store, ordered three of them. One was damaged on arrival. I refused delivery on the damaged one. It is a nightmare dealing with Sams.Com to get the situation fixed in a timely fashion. They have to reship from California - when there are lots of these locally here in the DFW region at regular Sams Clubs. It seems as if "Sams.com" is a different company the "Sams Club" - they can't work together to make satisfied customers. I would not recommend purchasing this product from Sams.com. I was considering the 48 inch model of the same cabinet, but it was already "damaged" in the store - it looks like the cabinet can not handle the weight at that width. Overall, can not recommend the product since I can't seem to get three shipped without issue.

On the bright side the cabinets were packed extremely well, delivered on time, sturdy and the wheels work smoothly. I ordered 2, 6ft cabinets but they arrived in 3ft boxes. They had to be completely assembled. The instructions were OK but not great and some of the screw packages were not labeled. There were 14 panels, some reinforcing brackets, 4 wheels, and 8 bumpers. In all it took over 100 screws and 4 hours for me to assemble the first one, about three hours for the second and left me with an enormous amount of styrofoam and plastic whichI had to dispose. I've ordered similar cabinets in the past with much less assembly and less remaining garbage. None or the reviews I read mentioned any of this. If you buy these I suggest you enlist a helper. I would also suggest you investigate other alternatives which are available at about the same price.

Just assembled 3 of these last night. Note that these cabinets have been changed since the ones I purchased a few years ago. Door and side panels are now two pieces, instead of one piece. This makes for a smaller box and easier shipping and shelving. I don't believe this has significantly cheapened the product, though it does not match my earlier cabinets. My beef with the quality is that the Rivnuts used are of poor quality or installed poorly, or both. With each cabinet, we had 2 or 3 bad Rivnuts (of maybe 80 in the package). We were able to use a tap to re-thread most of them, and had to just remove a couple and go without a fastener at that location. Otherwise the cabinets are great. Everything aligns well and assembles easily. To give you an idea as to the time involved, with two of us working, and with the experience of having just assembled two identical cabinets, we spent 40 minutes from opening the box to driving the final screw. It is best done as a two person job, though one can do it solo.

I found this cabinet very easy to assemble alone, even though it's recommended that 2 men are advisable. The finished product looks exactly as pictured and the overall appearance makes it acceptable in an indoor office environment, as well as the garage or a utility work space . There are 4 shelves rated for 80# capacity for each, and heavy duty rolling casters with a braking feature for safety and convenience. Although there is a locking feature, it leaves me to believe it is designed more for safety from household friendly prying eyes, rather than from a serious intruder looking for valuables, but I didn't actually test it. Overall I'm well pleased, and would recommend this cabinet to anyone considering a purchase!

Ordered 2 cabnets and they arrived all beat up sent them back and 2 more were sent in a timely fashoin but were also beat up but not as bad as the first set. I kept and assembled them but now I have dented new cabnets that I paid good money for because I had to finish my project.

Dollar for dollar you simply won't find a better storage cabinet! I purchased this last week and assembled it in 45 minutes. I'm still amazed at the details the manufacturer was able to include for the price (the caster wheels are BEEFY, there are bumpers for all the corners, the shelves are SOLID). You may want to get a can of stainless steel cleaner to keep fingerprints off the the cabinet.

Just bought two of these units to help de-clutter our garage. Great cabinets! Everything went together with accurate fit between parts. Good quality hardware and fasteners. Even loaded they roll nicely because of the large, heavy duty casters. I did not find any of the shipping damage a couple other reviews mentioned. I gave the cabinet four stars for quality due to a small flaw I found with both cabinets I bought. They would not lock. The punched slots for the locking mechanism in the top and bottom panels were not located properly. They were too far toward the back of the cabinet. I enlarged the front edge of the slots with a rat-tail file. This was a minor issue for me but if you are not handy & have some round files, it would be a bigger issue. See photo.

Excellent, sturdy cabinet with high quality rollers. Very fast shipping, though there was minor damage on the bottom shelf (easily knocked out with a hammer) and it is not even noticeable. All parts were present (even a small packed with one extra screw for all 4 screw types) and directions were very clear. It took about 3 hr to unpack and assemble it. The front doors went on easily and the lock worked perfectly (I was careful to align the 2 doors during assembly). Here are the dimensions of the shipped box: 9 x 20 x 73 inches. It weighs over 100 lbs, but has shipping straps around the outer box, so 2 people can lift it. I moved it with a refrigerator dolly.

Two pieces were slightly bent and those issues were rectified with a hammer and a flat space. It was assembled according to the directions and it was very easy to follow the directions and assemble it. It is recommended for two man assembly and with very little trouble I assembled it by myself.
